POSITION OVERVIEW

Customer Service Representative


MCI Careers is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products and services.



We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.



RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote our products and services to clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets


QUALIFICATIONS


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
