Overview

The Senior Product Manager will possess extensive knowledge and a profound understanding of Integrum's product offerings, customer requirements, and stakeholder expectations. This role involves collaboration across various departments and with external partners to achieve the company's sales and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifies and articulates the diverse needs of target customers, including healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Analyzes the Osseointegration market and maintains up-to-date competitive assessments.
  • Contributes to the creation and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, tools, and resources.
  • Monitors the performance of the Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budget.
  • Acts as a representative for Integrum's interests with designated vendors, including advertising, public relations, and social media agencies.
  • Keeps abreast of the product portfolio and surgical methodologies.
  • Collaborates closely with sales and clinical education teams to provide product insights and support, as well as liaising with global colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Assists in planning and represents Integrum at industry conferences and company-sponsored events as necessary.
  • Serves as a marketing liaison with Integrum partners, such as surgical sales representatives.
  • Monitors the performance of Integrum products, including pricing strategies and sales metrics.
  • Prepares management reports, including special analyses and insights as requested.
  • Ensures compliance with FDA, HIPAA, and PHI regulations.
  • In addition to the responsibilities listed, the Product Manager collaborates with the US Director of Marketing. Due to the nature of a small organization, responsibilities and tasks may vary based on business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Position based in Boston, MA.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% throughout the year; travel requirements may vary based on industry events.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Product Management or a related field, ideally within the Medical Device sector.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Significant experience in Marketing, Engineering, or Business is advantageous.
  • Experience in Orthopaedics or dental medical devices, particularly with osseointegrated or bone-anchored implants, is highly beneficial. Familiarity with medical device product development processes is desired.
  • Surgical or operating room experience is essential.
  • Proficient in Marketing Communications and social media; experience in Direct to Consumer marketing is preferred.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach and thrives in a dynamic, start-up environment, engaging in various business areas.
  • Exhibits strong project and event coordination capabilities.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to foster enduring relationships both internally and externally.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; a good understanding of Swedish is a plus.
