Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with UX designers and engineering teams throughout product development
  • Formulate strategies for product monetization and market dominance
  • Keep abreast of technological advancements in the energy sector
  • Provide training and support to clients regarding product functionalities
  • Evaluate performance metrics and report findings to management
  • Cultivate a robust technical culture within the organization

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering user-centric software products
  • Deep understanding of the electric power sector and wholesale power markets
  • Proficient in Agile product development and business model formulation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated empathy, curiosity, decisiveness, and a positive demeanor
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and take ownership of product results

Work Arrangement:

Remote opportunities available within the US or Canada.

Compensation:

$142,000 - $200,000.00
