Overview
The Senior Product Manager will possess extensive knowledge and a profound understanding of Integrum's product offerings, customer requirements, and stakeholder expectations. This role involves collaboration across various departments and with external partners to achieve the company's sales and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and articulate the diverse needs of target customers, including healthcare professionals and patients.
- Conduct market analysis in the Osseointegration sector and maintain competitive insights.
- Support the creation and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, tools, and resources.
- Monitor and report on Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budget performance.
- Act as a representative for Integrum's interests with designated vendors, including advertising, public relations, and social media agencies.
- Stay informed about the product portfolio and relevant surgical methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with sales and clinical education teams to provide product knowledge and support, as well as engage with global colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and represent Integrum at industry conferences and company-sponsored events as necessary.
- Serve as a marketing liaison with Integrum partners, such as surgical sales representatives.
- Monitor product performance metrics, including pricing and sales data.
- Prepare management reports and analyses as requested.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, HIPAA, and PHI regulations.
- In addition to the above responsibilities, the Product Manager will report to and collaborate with the US Director of Marketing. Given the small size of the organization, responsibilities and tasks may vary based on business needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Position based in Boston, MA.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% throughout the year; travel frequency may vary based on industry meeting requirements.
- 5-10 years of experience in Product Management or a related field, ideally within the Medical Device sector.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Background in Marketing, Engineering, or Business is essential.
- Experience in Orthopaedics or dental medical devices, particularly with osseointegrated or bone-anchored implants, is highly beneficial. Familiarity with medical device product development processes is desired.
- Surgical or operating room experience is necessary.
- Proficient in Marketing Communications and social media; experience in Direct to Consumer marketing is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, startup-like environment and engage in various business areas.
- Strong project and event coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster enduring relationships both internally and externally.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.
