Job Summary
We are seeking an Outbound Sales professional to drive sales growth through proactive outreach initiatives. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in generating new leads and closing business opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to target customers and generate new leads for sales opportunities.
- Consultative Sales: Utilize a consultative approach to assist customers in exploring product offerings and making informed purchase decisions.
- Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed performance targets through adherence to defined standards and processes.
- Customer Engagement: Maximize work time to optimize customer interactions and foster positive sales relationships.
- Professionalism: Interact with external and internal customers in a professional and ethical manner.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Outbound sales experience: 2 years (Required)
What We Offer
- A competitive compensation package of $45,000 per year, plus uncapped commission.

About Our Location
This is a full-time, IN-OFFICE position located in Phoenix, AZ. We require candidates to be able to commute to our office location.
