NeoGenCare is seeking a skilled Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team in Richmond, California.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting physical and psychological assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and techniques.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and psychological needs
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote independence and functional ability
  • Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and techniques
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
