Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:
Position Overview:
As a Family Reunification Specialist, you will play a critical role in building authentic connections with parents whose children are in foster care. Your supportive guidance and coaching will empower them to navigate complex systems, make informed decisions, and address challenges to achieve reunification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build trust and rapport with parents to understand their unique needs and challenges
- Develop personalized support plans to help parents access resources and services
- Collaborate with case planners to promote family well-being and permanency
- Provide education and training on topics such as housing, education, and healthcare

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Lived experience as a parent with Child Welfare involvement
- Knowledge of the Foster Care System
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
