Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Audi Contracts Clerk to join our team at The Niello Company. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for processing new and used car deals, reconciling and posting vehicle deals, and ensuring that all required paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all new and used car deal paperwork, including receipt of funding and preparation of contracts or leases for bank submission.
  • Reconcile and post vehicle deals from Advent to ADP accounting, and print commission vouchers as needed.
  • Stock in and pay-off trade-ins, post and release flooring on sold units, and record sales in gross book and inventory book.
  • Check BAMTRAC and EFTs daily for paid contracts, calculate pending contracts-in-transit and flooring amounts for daily bank reconciliation, and complete all New DMV paperwork.
  • Ensure that reports of sales are properly completed, mail 5-day dealer notices daily, and complete bundles for DMV on a timely basis.
  • Reconcile returning bundles and send refunds or invoices for differences in fees, and assist customers with DMV issues as needed.
  • Reconcile and prepare bi-weekly commission report and process payroll checks within time required per sales pay plans.
  • Submit service contracts, Gap policies, and Cal-Tex on a monthly basis, and reconcile or assist in reconciling various schedules on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare "heat sheets" for managers on a weekly basis, follow up on high payoffs due, DMV fees due, and other such issues as needed, and assist with answering phones and cashiering when necessary.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (Preferred)
  • Driver's License
  • Clean DMV
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to meet company's production and quality standards
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and high levels of accuracy. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be comfortable with technology and data entry.
