Delivery Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:




  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their technical and business needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements.
  • Solution Delivery: Develop and implement a robust delivery model that meets client requirements, ensuring timely and successful project execution.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as a liaison between the client and YOPESO, ensuring clear communication, mutual understanding, and timely execution of tasks.
  • Upselling and Growth: Identify opportunities for additional services that benefit the client, contributing to account growth and increased client success.
  • Steering Committees: Initiate and participate in account-level steering committee meetings with clients on strategic themes, aligning on goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Reporting: Prepare and deliver progress reports to clients and upper management, providing insights into project status and account performance.
  • People Management: Nurture a growth-oriented environment, provide continuous feedback, support professional development, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive performance assessments, integrating feedback from Engineering Managers, Technical Project Managers, and Tech Leads.
  • Compensation Management: Propose and approve salary adjustments within established internal salary ranges, collaborating with Heads of Technology and Human Resources for exceptions.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Collaborate with the Recruitment Team and Heads of Technology to map required skills, identify, and onboard the right talent.

  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
  • Client Management: Experience in managing client relationships and delivering solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
