At the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leadership and Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the daily operations of our Intake and Counseling Services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care to our community.

About the Role
The Clinical Leadership and Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our services. This includes managing daily schedules, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing and evaluating program components, providing training and information to community partners, and assisting the Program Director in planning and program development.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage clinical and administrative staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage daily schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Implement and evaluate program components, identifying areas for improvement
• Provide training and information to community partners, ensuring effective collaboration
• Assist the Program Director in planning and program development, ensuring alignment with departmental goals

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A graduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience in supervising clinical and administrative staff
• Strong knowledge of practice operations, patient-scheduling systems, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to analyze problems, determine appropriate interventions, and implement effective solutions
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

What We Offer
UCSF offers a competitive salary range of $74,300 - $113,500 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings plans.
