About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Ecolab. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the light industry and heavy industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer base and in major, competitively-held accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within current and prospective customers, including plant or facility executives.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and recommend solutions that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.
  • Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
  • Stabilize jeopardy business in large, strategic accounts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, life sciences, or business.
  • 3-5 years of technical sales or field sales support experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry).
  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems.
