Key Responsibilities:
Act as a reliable consultant for a designated group of clients, providing training, managing daily operations, strategizing delivery processes, and identifying upselling opportunities.

Regularly engage with clients to assess their satisfaction levels, resolve concerns, and offer strategic insights to optimize their utilization of Otter's offerings.

Proactively manage customer risks and escalations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement action plans aimed at reducing customer attrition.

Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to evaluate progress, share valuable insights, and pinpoint areas for potential growth and enhancement.

Serve as the customer advocate to our Product and Engineering teams, compiling feedback, analyzing data for insights, and ensuring Otter remains focused on delivering exceptional customer-centric products.

Support the expansion of Otter's business by collaborating with internal teams on various projects as required.


Qualifications:


Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing capacity such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support, with a proven track record of managing a personal portfolio.
