As a Product Launch Coordinator at Jac Products, you will have the opportunity to engage deeply with their distinctive corporate culture.

In this position, you will guide a multifaceted team in the successful rollout of new initiatives at their expansive manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate, communicate, and uphold project timelines, plans, and deliverables for new initiatives to guarantee effective and timely execution.
  • Assign suitable roles and responsibilities to team members and external partners involved in the program launch.
  • Modify project plans as required and escalate any challenges that may occur.
  • Keep Program Management and Plant Management updated on project developments, challenges, or corrective measures.
  • Assist in the APQP process and work closely with the Quality team to facilitate PPAP activities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Two to five years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering within the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Concepts and Principles is highly advantageous
  • Must be proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
