As a geriatric pet hospice practitioner at Heartstrings Pet Hospice, In-Home Euthanasia & Aftercare, you will have the opportunity to deliver compassionate and personalized care to geriatric and terminally ill pets in their own homes.

This role requires a veterinarian with a strong background in delivering exceptional patient care and building meaningful relationships with pet families. You will work closely with local veterinary clinics to serve as an extension of their excellent care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-of-life care for geriatric and terminally ill pets
  • Guide families in making end-of-life decisions for their pets
  • Build relationships with local veterinary clinics

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Our benefits package includes health insurance, mileage reimbursement, quarterly productivity bonuses, retirement plan, life insurance, paid time off/bereavement leave/paid parental leave, professional training and development, and pet insurance.
