We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Engineering and Maintenance to join our team at Newconcord Oh. Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs.
- Supervise and train a team of maintenance personnel to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives and goals.
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 years of experience in engineering and maintenance or related field; technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing.
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 4 years of experience in engineering and maintenance or related field; technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing.
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $131,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
