Position Overview:
Oversee the daily functions of the fitness studio, prioritizing Customer Safety & Satisfaction in all operations.

As the leader of the team, you will provide guidance and daily direction to the studio staff at your assigned location.

This role necessitates a solid grasp of sales strategies and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a high-level approach to coaching and staff development. This position reports directly to the Franchise Owner.

Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for achieving performance metrics (KPI's), monthly revenue targets, and the maintenance and operational needs of the facility.
Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales initiatives (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach)
Manage, assess, develop, and evaluate the performance of the studio team to ensure ongoing success and growth
Ensure compliance with all company policies regarding daily studio operations
Responsible for onboarding all new studio team members
Foster and maintain a vibrant studio culture with members and team employees
Exemplify all studio activities & responsibilities through active participation
Handle disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Regional Manager for all studio employees
Be sales-oriented and capable of driving revenue through company programs.

Capable of performing all duties of Assistant Team Lead, Head Coach, and Coaches, and support them in their roles for optimal performance.


Operational Duties:
Conduct 6-month and annual performance evaluations for staff (in partnership with the Director of Training and Development)
Enforce and uphold all corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes.
A minimum of 35 hours per week will be spent in-studio, engaging with clients
Monitor retail inventory levels and ensure staff is knowledgeable about all product information necessary to support sales.
Ensure adherence to all front-of-house systems, including proper Member Check-In, communication with the RV Staffing Team (general and sales-related), Guest Registration, retail sales, delinquent account procedures, and customer care issues
Deliver and maintain the highest level of customer service at all times
Utilize sound decision-making regarding customer service issues, collaborating with the Regional Manager when necessary.
Promote special events for the studio on a monthly basis.
Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and operationally sound at all times.
Oversee the full functionality of all exercise equipment, adhering to maintenance schedules.
Able to lead the fitness floor, guiding members through workouts in a safe and effective manner.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership and management skills to cultivate a positive, successful environment for staff and members
Prior management experience in the health & fitness sector is highly recommended
Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
Ability to multitask and address client and staff concerns
Previous experience as a fitness coach or instructor is preferred
Nationally accredited training certification or a B.A. in Exercise Science or a related field is preferred
Current CPR Certification or to be obtained within three months of the start date
Exceptional time management skills; must be able to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
Strong computer skills required, with proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word)
Ability to work effectively in a TEAM environment
Flexible to work early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends as required by studio demands
Health & fitness-minded individuals with a passion for fitness are strongly preferred.

Compensation:
$60k-$65k base salary + bonuses
