Designed to be effective and efficient, our workout classes boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, presenting our concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers with enthusiasm and energy
- Presentation of the OTF concept to interested consumers
- Studio tours
- Working with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
- Selling memberships
- Following up with prospective clients
- Participating in marketing and outreach events
- Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fitness and customer service
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
