Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Sales Professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will utilize the 5 stages of the sales process methodology to prospect, qualify, propose product/service plan, facilitate positive decisions, gain new accounts, and expand current accounts within the specified territory.

A successful candidate will meet sales and profitability goals and demonstrate our "customer first" work ethic. They will bring value to our customers by working with our operations team to solve some of industries' most difficult application, logistical and supply chain challenges.

This role requires a self-starter who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales or similar role, with experience in CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities and build client relationships.
  • Meet sales and profitability goals.
  • Utilize the 5 stages of the sales process methodology.
  • Work with operations team to solve complex challenges.
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to call on customers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in outside sales or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
