Job Description

A Customer Sales Representative is responsible for building positive long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering effective solutions to meet those needs. They must develop and manage relationships with customers, agencies, and advertisers, while staying up-to-date with current sales and marketing trends.

This role involves one-on-one sales interactions with retail customers, requiring charisma, people skills, and a competitive spirit. The ideal candidate will have a winning attitude, dedication to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

The successful candidate will receive paid sales training, uncapped sales commissions, and various other benefits, including monthly gym membership reimbursement, weekly gas reimbursement bonuses, and self-development workshops.

Responsibilities:

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
