Document Production Coordinator

About the Role
At Custom Staffing, we are seeking an experienced Document Production Coordinator to join our team in a long-term temp position with potential to convert to a permanent job.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients by providing timely and accurate document production of an intermediate to advanced level. This includes assessing documents, ensuring proper corrections, and working on high-volume, high-pressure production tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced ability to assess documents and ensure quality results
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and document production software
- Experience in proofreading, word processing, or document production
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with years of experience able to substitute
- Minimum of 3 years prior office experience in a related field
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) certification desired
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this role is between $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on location and industry standards. Additionally, you can expect a competitive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
