Role Overview

As an Onsite IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hardware and software support to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing comprehensive support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • Implementing effective virus detection and removal strategies.
  • Diagnosing and resolving end-user system failures.
  • Addressing printer and peripheral device malfunctions.
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity issues to ensure seamless operation.

Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you will need to:

  • Possess experience with Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, smartphones, AV conferencing systems, printers, and PC hardware.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Support remote users and facilities effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Conduct thorough research and troubleshooting for complex technical challenges.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Be physically capable of lifting equipment up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Hold a High School Diploma (required).
  • Have relevant experience in deskside or desktop support, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven ability to handle urgent user support requests effectively.
  • Ability to balance and organize multiple responsibilities efficiently.
