Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PM Lead Line Cook to join our team at the Country Club of St. Albans. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with kitchen operations, including stocking and setting up kitchen stations
  • Prepare food according to company recipes and standards, including cleaning and cutting ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks
  • Plate prepared foods based on the chef's guidance
  • Work with servers to ensure orders are completed according to request and on time
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and cooking utensils, and store equipment at the end of shifts
  • Ensure kitchen operations and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of industry experience, with management experience a plus
