Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort and Spa is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest who visits our resort.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Guest Check-In & Account Management: Efficiently process guest check-ins, verifying identification, payment methods, and room assignments. Accurately set up guest accounts, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
  • Financial Transactions: Secure payment prior to issuing room keys, verify billing information, and process various payment types, vouchers, and charges. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
  • Guest Service & Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Assist management in training, evaluating, and coaching front office staff. Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
