Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Level 1/2 technical support through various channels including phone, chat, and email.
  • Diagnose and resolve common issues such as password resets, account unlocks, and connectivity challenges.
  • Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the team.
  • Provide training and mentorship to fellow service desk personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support within a large corporate setting.
  • At least 3 years in a senior Service Desk capacity.
  • Proficient in Windows 10 and Mac OS environments.
  • Experience with mobile operating systems, specifically iOS and Android.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft infrastructure including Windows, Active Directory, and Exchange.
  • Solid background with Citrix Systems and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector is advantageous.
