Position Overview

Pinakle is seeking a dynamic and competitive individual with a background in marketing and sales to join our team as a Promotional Marketing Representative. As a Promotional Marketing Representative, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and achieve sales objectives for our esteemed clientele. Candidates with a background in sports or those who excel in fast-paced settings are particularly well-suited for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers to promote products and services, thereby boosting sales.
  • Influence sales outcomes through product demonstrations and the execution of marketing activities.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to specific expertise.
  • Collaborate with corporate and field marketing managers to create customized programs for clients and devise strategies for various market segments.
  • Provide support for projects to ensure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Promote marketing initiatives and collaborate with Account Development to enhance awareness and encourage participation from the target audience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience or training in sales, promotional marketing, event marketing, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership or management experience is a plus.
  • A competitive, driven, and sports-oriented mindset is highly valued.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment are crucial.
