Job Summary

Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to lead our financial operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing our treasury function, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage our treasury function, including cash flow management, accounts payable, and short-term investment strategy.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting, including financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of our financial data.
  • Collaborate with our CFO and Brand Presidents to provide financial expertise and support organizational objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in a controller position.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
