Job Summary:

The Digital Customer Service Representative is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various digital channels. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and timely manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including online and mobile banking options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed service level agreements and quality standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of online and mobile banking products and services
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
