Job Title: Corporate Human Resources Manager

Airxcel is a leading designer and manufacturer of specialized, highly engineered products for the RV industry. With a rich history dating back to 1967, the company has grown to become a global leader with a presence in the United States and Italy.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Human Resources Manager to join our rapidly growing organization. As a key member of our corporate HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategies and initiatives to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with division HR managers to create and standardize HR processes and procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with Wage & Hour, DOL, OSHA, and other legal requirements.
  • Facilitate professional development and training programs for division HR managers and business leaders.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and grow our Diversity, Engagement & Inclusion initiatives.
  • Revise and develop new job descriptions in compliance with FLSA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with HR managers and safety team leaders to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Analyze and consolidate data for calculating HR, safety, and census-related KPIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of Federal Wage & Hour, OSHA, and Worker's Compensation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and credibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bi-lingual skills preferred.
