About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at IMA Financial Group. As a key member of our Employee Benefits division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Union and Public Labor sectors
  • Provide expert guidance on employee benefits programs, insurance products, and industry trends
  • Lead strategic consultation and planning efforts to ensure client deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and professional standards
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and practice leaders to bring current and emerging markets and products to clients
  • Manage multiple client responsibilities concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience as a Lead Consultant, Analyst, Account Manager, or similar role in the employee benefits brokerage industry
  • Previous experience working with clients in the Union/Public Labor sector strongly desired
  • Attain and maintain applicable state Life and Health License in accordance with IMA standards
  • Willing and able to travel required (30-50%)
