We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager to enhance our client’s operations. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in property oversight and demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Proven experience in managing commercial office and industrial properties
  • Ability to operate autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Desire for continuous professional development
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property management
  • Strong background in tenant relations and exceptional customer service
  • Expertise in financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliation
  • Familiarity with Yardi software is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple commercial office and industrial properties
  • Adopt a proactive approach to property management
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients and tenants
  • Identify challenges, formulate action plans, and guide the team towards optimal property performance
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve objectives and drive enhancements
  • Negotiate vendor agreements and sustain relationships for competitive pricing
  • Regularly prepare and review financial and operational reports
  • Conduct CAM reconciliations and re-forecasts as necessary
