Position Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Radiation Therapist to become a vital member of our healthcare team.
In this position, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding patient care by administering prescribed radiation therapy treatments.

Responsibilities:
To excel in this role, an individual must:
- Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments to patients following established protocols.
- Precisely position the radiation beam and deliver the specified dosage in accordance with the treatment plan.
- Support the radiation therapy department with patient care, treatment delivery, record-keeping, radiation safety, and quality assurance tasks.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence throughout the treatment process.
- Operate and maintain radiation equipment to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, dosimetry, physics, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely treatment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of radiation therapy equipment and software.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adapt and excel in a float position, providing coverage across various locations as necessary.
- Show dedication to patient care and safety.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program. Must hold a current:
- Washington: National ARRT certification and current WA license for Radiation Therapy.
- Idaho: National ARRT certification.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday with on-call duties as required.
