Job Title: Radiation Therapist

Cancer Care Northwest is seeking a dedicated Radiation Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional patient care by administering prescribed radiation therapy treatments.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatment to patients in accordance with established protocols.
  • Accurately position the beam of radiation and deliver the prescribed dose to correspond with the designated treatment plan.
  • Assist the radiation therapy department with patient care, patient treatment delivery, patient treatment records, radiation safety, and quality assurance functions.
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance throughout the treatment process.
  • Operate and maintain radiation equipment to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, dosimetry, physics, and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely radiation therapy treatments.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
  • Must hold a current Washington National ARRT certification and current WA license for Radiation Therapy.
  • Must have valid CPR certification.
