**Job Overview**

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to inmates in our correctional facilities, including assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provides direct patient care services to inmates in the institution hospital/clinic

- Develops and implements nursing care plans to meet individual patient needs

- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Monitors and evaluates patient progress, revising care plans as needed

**Requirements**

- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited professional nursing educational program

- Current, active, full and unrestricted license or registration as a Professional Nurse

- At least 3 years of professional nursing experience

**Estimated Salary:** $100,000 - $140,000 per year
