Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at the Southeast Regional Crisis Center (SERCC) in Rochester, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide skills and services in the treatment of children, adults, and/or families as prescribed in the client's Diagnosis Assessment and Individual Treatment Plan.
  • Participate in the intake process, developing and implementing individual treatment plans, and delivering skills services for assigned cases.
  • Coordinate referrals for adjunct services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and attend mandatory supervision meetings.
Estimated Salary: $49,120 - $52,640 per year based on 20 hours per week.
