We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Mayo Clinic. As a member of our primary care team, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values patient-centered care and innovative medicine.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $106,000.00 - $159,900.00 per year, calculated based on education and experience.

Our comprehensive benefits package includes pension and 403b options, as well as relocation assistance for candidates living 70 or more miles away from Rochester, MN.

About the Job

This full-time position requires a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide acute, chronic, medically complex, and preventive health care services to established adult patients in the outpatient clinic setting.

Care includes comprehensive evaluation, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescription of pharmacologic agents and treatments, non-pharmacologic therapies, and counseling patients.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
  • Certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner, Gerontological Nurse Practitioner, or Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • DNP preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the MN State Board of Medical Practice.
  • DEA registration and BLS certification.
  • Two to three years of experience preferred.
