Position Overview
Leidos is seeking a Collections Supervisor to support operations within the G2 section.

Role Responsibilities

The G2 Collections Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the Collection Requirements Section, ensuring effective management of collection operations.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and validating Collection Requirements (CRs) and Requests For Information (RFIs) from various units.
  • Coordinating with national and theater agencies to facilitate timely responses to collection requirements.
  • Reviewing and assigning tasks from both internal and external sources, ensuring completion and accountability.
  • Acting as a liaison with higher command levels and adjacent units to streamline collection efforts.
  • Advocating for Marine Corps collection needs in various forums.
  • Recommending the allocation of collection assets to meet operational demands.
  • Preparing and delivering briefings to command personnel, representing MARCENT interests.
  • Organizing and presenting collection strategies and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinating staff actions across different sections to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Providing support to clients as required.

Basic Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills at an executive level.
  • Completion of Collection Manager training with the capability to perform collection management duties.
  • Proficiency in various collection databases and management tools.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of experience with CENTCOM collection processes.
  • Extensive experience in tracking and managing RFIs to successful completion.

Compensation Information

The salary range for this position is between $68,000 and $124,550. This range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation.

Factors influencing the offer include job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
