Prescient Edge is seeking a highly skilled Senior Collection Strategist to support a federal government client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collection management, ISR planning, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of primary Collection Requirements Management systems
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers of ISR collection
  • Assess and document the utilization of ISR collection at all organizational levels
  • Develop and assist in developing Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP)
  • Support establishment of MoE and MoP parameters
  • Collaborate with CRM and stakeholders to deconflict anomalous data
  • Identify and provide well and clearly written documentation explaining anomaly findings
Requirements:
  • Desired minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category
  • Desired master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
  • Ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI POLY clearance
