Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative serves as the vital communication link among customers, sales, and production teams. This role is essential in delivering high-quality, professional customer service by addressing inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and written correspondence. The representative will efficiently resolve routine and some complex issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple communication methods to address routine inquiries and requests.
- Assess customer service needs and liaise with relevant departments for further assistance when necessary.
- Ensure accurate submission of order instructions and information according to customer specifications.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date order entry data across all required software platforms.
- Foster sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and effective communication.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including analysis and interpretation.
- Solid understanding of mathematical concepts and their application.
- Ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with keen attention to detail and deadlines.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
Work Environment:
