Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain records and files efficiently.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes of civilian personnel.
  • Research and clarify DoD, DCSA, and internal office operational policies, procedures, and requirements using various sources and effective communication skills.
  • Provide desk coverage for designated Directorates/Divisions and oversee centralized phone communications.
  • Respond to inquiries from both internal and external offices, distribute correspondence, and circulate information as needed.
  • Maintain and update various databases and spreadsheets with accurate data and information.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative and technical support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Software, capable of producing a diverse range of documents including reports, spreadsheets, project plans, and presentations based on internal database information.
  • Familiarity with the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Prior administrative support experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) is preferred.
  • A Top Secret Clearance is mandatory.
