DIFILIPPO is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supervising a small team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using a CRM system
- Recruit, train, and lead a team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales or customer service experience
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Clean background and own transportation
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
