Job Summary

As a Senior Administrative Assistant at Marriott International, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's administrative functions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the hotel team, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and guests, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, mail management, and document preparation.
  • Assist with special projects and events, as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
