Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and assess innovative features and improvements utilizing the latest Appian BPM technology.
  • Collaborate with the development team and business analysts to create effective applications that meet client specifications.
  • Contribute to the establishment of internal Appian development standards and design guidelines.
  • Engage in the Scrum process; assist in refining user stories, planning sprints, and conducting retrospective meetings.
  • Conduct peer evaluations and support software testing initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Appian Development.
  • Comprehensive understanding and practical experience with Agile software development practices.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Relational Databases and SQL.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Over 4 years of experience in full enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) delivery.
  • At least 1 year of experience with DevSecOps tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, and Selenium.
  • More than 2 years of hands-on development experience with mainstream programming languages like Java/.NET.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python.
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies, particularly AWS.

Qualifications and Experience:
Core Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the execution of Software Development lifecycle activities, from development and testing to implementation and support, as outlined in the project plan.
  • Write code, generate artifacts such as test specifications, conduct testing, and manage relevant go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with top talent in the industry to develop innovative, high-quality, and defect-free solutions that fulfill our clients' business requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience and willingness to operate in an enterprise delivery context.
  • Strong understanding of no-code and low-code technologies.
  • Knowledge of BPM principles, models, and patterns to independently develop solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of professional experience.
