Our vibrant kitchen team is responsible for all aspects of Resident Dining, Catering, and Concessions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee procurement, menu adherence, inventory management, food cost analysis, and production forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo's culinary standards, including recipe accuracy and food quality.

  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications:

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
