Our vibrant kitchen team is responsible for all aspects of Resident Dining, Catering, and Concessions. With a continuous flow of summer camps and conferences, we operate year-round, providing ample opportunities for revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement, menu adherence, inventory management, food cost analysis, and production forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo's culinary standards, including recipe accuracy and food quality.
- Foster an environment that encourages team members to embrace culinary innovations.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Possess knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.

Qualifications:
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, catering, and institutional services.
