JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service abilities
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales objectives
- Proficient in learning and utilizing the Club Ready software system
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email
- Capable of working under pressure and adhering to tight deadlines
- Competent computer skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Participation in special events and training sessions as required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Achieve and surpass sales targets set by the General Manager
- Conduct studio tours for new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and pricing
- Promote and uphold the studio's mission as a fitness and wellness provider
- Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas
- Engage in community outreach events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, etc.) to promote the studio
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Take responsibility for developing sales skills
- Perform other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The physical demands described are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of the role
- May require sitting or standing for extended periods, reaching with hands and arms, bending, lifting, kneeling, and driving
- Must be able to navigate stairs, as elevators may not be available at all locations
- Occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds may be necessary
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Effective hearing in person and via telephone is essential
