As the Community Relations Director, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families, effectively marketing and conveying what makes Cascade Living different from other communities. Your role will involve building a network of contacts within the healthcare industry and beyond, facilitating small-group presentations, and staying up-to-date with competitors and community sources. Key responsibilities include managing the Sales and Marketing process, achieving occupancy and revenue targets, and developing relationships with various contacts. If you are a compassionate and effective communicator with a history of hitting or exceeding sales goals, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage and lead the Sales and Marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets
  • Achieve the necessary number of leads by following up on all inquiries and staying in constant contact with warm leads
  • Conduct tours for prospects while on-site at the community
  • Develop relationships and create professional referrals with a variety of contacts including social workers, case managers, physicians, nurses, therapists, managers, administrators, and religious leaders
  • Organize targeted special events on a monthly basis
  • Conduct extensive competitor analysis and tours competitor communities regularly
  • Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living
