Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Client Services Representative to join our team at Sonora Quest. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, resolving service-related issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate with clients regarding laboratory test availability, test results, and patient specimen requirements.
  • Use company resources to resolve service-related issues, such as Test-In-Questions (TIQ), trouble alerts, supply orders, and missing specimen.
  • Document all actions taken and maintain daily metrics and collated monthly metrics, statistics, and quality data.
  • Participate in self-directed work teams to present thoughts and ideas that support the achievement of department metrics and the Company Roadmap.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required and a minimum of one year experience in customer service.
  • Ability to function independently and multitask, manage multiple situations and tasks at once, synthesize complex data, and maintain confidential materials.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience in a laboratory/diagnostic/healthcare industry.
  • Additional related education and/or experience.
