Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant and develop and execute strategies to achieve financial goals
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with company standards, policies, and laws
  • Recruit, train, and develop management-level crewmembers
  • Create and manage crewmember work and training schedules
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, and manage cash handling

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
