Job Title: Client Delivery Manager - AR and Denial Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Delivery Manager - AR and Denial Management to support internal initiatives and implement client programs as it relates to R1's AR & Denials Management solution. The successful candidate will have experience in AR and Denial Management, enjoy presenting to leadership, and managing large accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio management of a higher level of complexity, ensuring consistent service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and the resolution of complex issues
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance client relationships and drive business growth
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients (minimum of 5 clients) and act as a communication connection between clients and Operations, Client Success, and other service lines
  • Manage client meeting schedules and agendas for assigned clients
  • Create, deliver, and present all standard and ad hoc client-facing reporting based on client needs
  • Use various methods to compile, analyze, and convey numerical or statistical data, including pivot tables, graphs, and spreadsheets
  • Perform account-level auditing for report/deliverable integrity where applicable
  • Coordinate with Client Delivery Director on SME input
  • Maintain and manage client required documents, ensuring accuracy and timely updates, while coordinating effective communication between all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage and lead client meetings: agenda creation/distribution, meeting deck prep and coordination, deliver project results to clients, create meeting minutes as an active listener to demonstrate clear understanding of client needs and action items
  • Support client maintenance: maintain client-specific protocol documentation with internal stakeholders, resolve problems internally by investigating the presented issues, consulting with other teams, and/or researching under the specific client's account
  • Multi-task between various inquiries and systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Support client expectations and follow through on commitments
  • Investigate case-level feedback to deliver to the client under Operations' leadership's direction
  • Monitor client health key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of internal or external customer service experience
  • Experience presenting to executives, CFOs, etc.
  • Experience working with large healthcare systems or multiple hospitals
  • 2+ years' experience working in AR and Denial Management or Patient Financial Services
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proven experience in working with MS Excel creating pivot tables, V lookups, etc. (intermediate level Excel or above)
  • Proven experience in building reports, validating data, providing analysis, and proven experience in quality assurance
