About the Role:

  We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineering Leadership professional to manage a team of pre-sales professionals across multiple industries. This individual will be responsible for providing pre-sales support in three core areas: directing the field where to find opportunities, developing service offerings, training the field, and direction all pre-sales activities such as scope, solution development, proposals, and presentations.

  The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience, a bachelor's degree in a core engineering discipline or related field, and up to 25% travel availability. Directly related management experience and work results, including success in supporting the achievement of progressively higher quota or other sales-related goals, are essential.

  This role requires a strong understanding of business, financial, and legal concepts to develop meaningful business recommendations. The ideal candidate will be able to model effective selling skills, motivate and support pre-sales teams, and demonstrate a high level of support in pursuing and closing deals.
