**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our AI product development team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of software engineers, prioritizing projects, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality products and features.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to prioritize projects that align with company goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Advocate for technical work and ensure that technical projects, including technical debt, are prioritized appropriately.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing feedback and clear expectations.
  • Be a good teammate, collaborative, open-minded, and supportive.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience as an engineering manager or significant operations team lead experience.
  • Experience managing software engineers, managing projects in an agile environment, and working on AI-enabled products.
  • Fostering and leading diverse, healthy teams, and developing in an agile environment.
  • Building software where security and regulatory compliance are required, and working on a Software-as-a-Service product.
  • Managed or worked in a company experiencing rapid growth.

Salary Range:$150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
